Premium Flower Crab Soy Sauce Marinated Crab

We offer a soy sauce marinated crab menu made only with flower crabs caught in the West Sea. During the peak crab season in June and December, we purchase a large quantity of crabs and rapidly freeze them at minus 35 degrees Celsius for storage. We use these crabs and add Seosan ginger to a fermented soy sauce, and then mature it for three days before serving to our customers. The dish is served with various side dishes, including a뚝배기 (뚝배기) egg stew, crab soup, baby oyster젓갈 (jeotgal), and dried seaweed (seaweed), for a total of over 10 side dishes.
