Dish to Cook: Sari Gomtang Ramen
Ingredients: Sari Gomtang ramen, green onions (spring onions or scallions are fine)
1. ↑ First, put 550ml of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. The back of the Sari Gomtang ramen package says to use 550ml of water.
2. ↑ Prepare the green onions by chopping them beforehand. Spring onions would be ideal. You can chop them diagonally or just roughly chop them, it doesn't matter.
3. ↑ Once the water is boiling, add the powder soup mix and noodles to the pot.
It's important to note that the yellow packet is the powder soup mix. The white one is the flakes, which will be added last.
4. ↑ When the noodles are almost cooked, add the chopped green onions.
You can enjoy the noodles al dente or cooked until soft. You'll need to adjust the cooking time to achieve your desired texture, right?!
5. ↑ That's it! Now you can enjoy it. Sari Gomtang ramen is a non-spicy ramen that gives you the feeling of oxtail soup or seolleongtang.
